Work/life balance is very important to us and we want our colleagues to feel good. Gym is on us and if you want you can use our personal coach. Team leads have weekly one on one check ins with everyone in their team.
We work in teams but we are all really one team. We aim to be a very flat organization.
Hello Future will not track your time at work. As long as clients are happy with the work we do and we meet our deadlines, it doesn’t matter when, where and how the work is done.
You will have a good time working here! We are quite fun, at least we think so ourselves. Most of us likes music, but it's okay if you don't. Once we hired someone despite of her horrible music taste and she's okay.
